We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with tags. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, you must contact us at support@noorifystore.com within the 30-day period.
All returns must be reviewed and approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions, including the appropriate return address.
đ Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is:
- Defective
- Damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect (wrong item received)
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
The return address will be provided only after your request has been approved.
â ī¸ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We may request photos or videos to verify the issue. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Personal care products (beauty, hygiene items)

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
